Note from keynote presenter Stephanie Christoper, CEO TEC

  • How well do you inspire a shared vision?
  • Do you lead and let others manage?
  • How well do you take care of yourself?

Set against the picturesque backdrop of the New South Wales Golf Course it was a privilege to present ‘The Seven Key Skills of Successful Business Leaders’ and to explore these and other questions with you. I really enjoyed the conversations we shared as like-minded business leaders.

My presentation was a small sample of the content TEC members explore each month in our monthly peer advisory group meetings. Each month the group engages in a different learning activity focused on business and personal growth. They also work together in a structured process facilitated by their group Chair (mentor and coach) to solve each-others’ issues and capitalise on their opportunities. Each group is comprised of 12-16 high-calibre executives from non-competing organisations, providing a unique environment to challenge your thinking and activate new ideas.

You may know Kerry Skellern as an active member of the Emajin community (and golf enthusiast!). Kerry is one of our TEC Chairs and runs a vibrant peer advisory group of CEOs and business owners. If you’d like to find out more about TEC please reach out to Kerry via email: or mobile: 0410 444 094. If you haven’t connected with her already on LinkedIn, she’d love to hear from you

TEC’s proud to be part of Vistage, the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organisation for small and midsize business leaders, with over 45,000 members.

In 2020, Vistage CEO members grew their annual revenue on average by 4.6%, while non-members with comparable businesses saw revenue decrease by 4.7% according to a study of Dun & Bradstreet data.

Best wishes and great golfing!
